This Sunday we worked on getting the kitchen windows in the Guesthouse trimmed out and also putting in the rainchains. Bob needs to now varnish the wood. He’ll also work on the shelfs for the bookcase, so that will also be getting done.
Big rain Sunday night. Another 1.68 inches of rain. We were doubtful the roadwork below would hold up, but it did and the gravel seems to be working. We shouldn’t get too many more big rains this year. This Saturday, Kathy and Kate come for a week visit.

The kitchen looks really nice. Rain chains good. The flowers are pretty. Kathy and Kate come the 26th, next week Sat. I think they are looking forward to it. They will really enjoy the guesthouse.
