Walking home through Occupy San Diego

Bob is working the show “Come Fly Away”, a show with the music of Frank Sinatra. On his way out of the building he has to walk through the Occupy San Diego that has been moved over to the side of the theater. The people seem different than those during “Hair”. The encampment is more like a homeless camp, but even the regular homeless people who are downtown don’t hang out with them. The Theater Managers say the people have been trying to sneak into the building and they are more hostile than before. Around the corner there are some political people still, but a much smaller crowd. They come twice a day for an Assembly and if the the Media is around. It is really depressing how many homeless there are downtown. More than Bob ever remembers.

  1. It is sad of all the homeless and a lot are veterans too. Something needs to be done. Not a great walk for you, Bob.

  2. Oooooo, Frankie! I love you and miss you. Interesting walk you had on your way home. I hope Occupy San Diego and Wall Street and Wherever has an impact on the election. Love you both
