Yesterday there was buzz at the Post Office that the Ranch sale closed escrow. New owners finally. Dennis will keep his ears open for what will be happening.

Woo Hoo…….Hope they get busy with all the work that needs to be done. Pool and of course the Golf Course.
I hope it is finally over and look forward to seeing that pool as it was. Keep listening Dennis.
