Making the soda bread for my “Big Gay” Irish Husband (an inside joke; check out the link for an event happening today my niece misunderstood as political). They say the bread is better a little stale so I’m making it this morning before going to work. No raisins! Here’s a simple recipe:

I am making irish soda bread today also but I use raisins. Yours looks very good and I am sure it will taste wonderful. We will have corned beef and cabbage tomorrow. Happy St. Patrick’s Day to you both. Love ya
