Great picture. when I went to water aerobics this morning the moon was so beautiful and also last night. didn’t have my camera with though. Good job Bob.
I didn’t realize it at the time, but the moon was in a feeble eclipse. The earth’s shadow was barely covering it, with only the upper right corner in the dark part of the shadow. The moon did look a little redder than normal and was especially pretty. I was excited when I heard my Stardate podcast that said it was an eclipse of the moon this morning. I was glad I could see it, even if I didn’t know it was happening.
