Last Wednesday was the Auction for the sale of Warner Springs. No news seemed to be forthcoming of the result. Today Dennis found out that Pacific Hospitality Group, Inc. won the auction, but there was a problem. The Pala Group called foul that they did not know that the Auction was ending and they wanted to make a higher bid. The bankruptcy judge is supposed to rule tomorrow, March 12, 2013 by 10 am, what will happen. Will Pala get to make another bid? Will Pacific Hospitality get to respond? Will the Action results hold? This is becoming the never ending sale story.
