The smoke sure makes for pretty sunset. I can see the flames on the top of the ridge, but it doesn’t show on the phone camera. The good news is the fire planes are hitting it pretty steady. I will try to get some night pictures.

Nice rain today. Over .5 inch so far. That’s good for the desert.
Breakfast in OB
Because Bob had an early call for “Memphis” on Sunday he cleaned the Timken late (until 2 am) Saturday. That meant he and Mike got to Vito breakfast at Dennis and Bob’s old favorite in Ocean Beach, Ortega’s. They recently expanded and the food didn’t disappoint, especially the Mango Pineapple Lemonada.

Goya at Timken
Jaded Custodian. Ron (in Minnesota) told me a couple weeks ago the Timken had borrowed a Goya from Minneapolis in exchange for the Rembrandt. I just noticed it last week! I need to look up more often when I’m cleaning.
