PCT Kickoff Week
Busy week at the Post Office. This is kickoff week for the Pacific Crest Trail hike. Warner Springs is the first Post Office for resupply on the hike north. Next weekend Warner Springs Community Center has a party for the hikers coming through. Sadly, last week one of the hikers died on the way to Warner Springs. His package was waiting for him. He was only 19 years old.

Rainbow over the Valley
Got almost a half inch of rain last night. Our monthly watering. Ginger stayed home this morning, but I got a nice rainbow over San Jose Valley.

There are efforts to save the Opera, but officially today is the last performance. Bob worked there 32 years.
