More pictures from last weeks remodle –

We get started on shingling.

A perfect day on the mountain.  Temperature in the 70’s and no wind.  Jim and Louise arrive for help with the garage door remodle.  Dennis’ cousin Donna and her husband Christopher spent their last night in San Diego at the Guesthouse.  Friday night we had a fire and did some star gazing.

Last week Tim’s mother Micki passed away.  Luckily Tim and Ed were able to make it home.  She died peacefully surrounded by her family and beloved dog.  Luckily her spirit lives on for us in Tim.  We will miss her.

Sunday while we were cutting brush we heard someone calling for their dog.  It was sad because they were calling for a long time.  Then yesterday there was a sign for a “Lost Dog”.

Last week Dennis saw a bobcat by the Geigert’s watertanks below us.  We are keeping a close leash on the animals until it moves on.  Today Ginger still sensed something, but wasn’t as crazy as the day before.  Hopefully it moves on soon.

Dennis was too weak to lift shingles off the truck without cutting the band.  Left unsecured.
