On our Friday evening walk with Ginger, we saw this beauty.
And then right across the road, this beast.
The rattle surprised, but the snake was reasonable and moved away. Friday morning Ginger chased off a small coyote. We hadn’t seen a coyote in awhile, so it’s time to be more cautious. Of course, Pele escaped outside on the same day. Luckily, it wasn’t too hard to get her back inside.
That beast is huge. Glad it moved away. Ginger is very brave.
I ove the beauty but not so much the beast. I would have been far away if I heard or saw it.
