Dennis has heard some action may happen on the Ranch by the first of the year. CBRE has been appointed the Agent for sale, and supposedly there are several groups interested in bidding on it.

Hope it gets settled soon, we are anxious to golf at Warner Springs, we miss it!
I thought the Native Americans were going to buy it? Don’t know of too many deep pockets that could but the entire thing unless it is a company of some sort.
The Pala Indians may still get it, but the question is whether it will cost more or less than they originally bought it for.
I hope someone buys it and it is back to making people happy. It is an amazing place.
